What can I expect when I join a GRIND class?

45 minutes of fun and sweat! Yes, I said fun! Every class has a similar format but the combinations are always changing! We will work with dumbbells, bands, and occasionally body weight exercises to keep you on your toes and focused. The format is structured to be adaptable to your fitness level. You will move through the workout at your own desired pace while I am there guiding and motivating you along the way!

What should I bring to class?

  • Exercise Mat

  • Sweat towel

  • Water


What if I am a beginner, can I still keep up?

Absolutely. One of my top priorities when programming my workouts is to provide options. Recognizing that everyone is at a different fitness level my goal is to make the workouts approachable for ANY level!

When do you offer classes?

Currently we are offering both morning and evening classes during the week M/W/F along with a few classes Saturday mornings! As the studio grows and more trainers are added, we expect to add more classes in the future! You can see a full list of our classes by clicking the link below!

Where is GRIND located?

We just opened up our new brick-and-mortar studio, The GRIND Garage, located in Grandview, OH next to Winn Winn Cafe and Woodlands Tavern!

Is there parking?

Yes! You are welcome to park in front of the studio or there is ample FREE street parking in and around the studio on the various side streets! * please note the parking spots in the back near the garage are dedicated to the employees of the café next door.




Who teaches the classes?

Me! Right now I’m a one woman show. I write all the workouts, teach all the workouts, and everything else in between! Will soon be looking to add more trainers to the roster!



Do you offer corporate wellness programs or private classes?

Yes to both! I’d love to connect with you if your business is interested in offering group fitness classes to employees. I can also be booked for private classes at your request! Visit my Small Group Training for more information!
