GRIND is a fitness community that offers approachable & inclusive workouts into a welcoming & judgment-free environment. Whether you are just beginning your exercise journey or you're a fitness guru looking to switch up your routine, this workout covers all the bases! You will be thoroughly guided and motivated through 45-minutes of adaptable and creative exercises designed for you to complete at your own pace. This format creates sort of a “choose your own adventure” type of experience. I give you the roadmap and the rest is in your hands!

Class Formats

GRIND offers 3 different class styles! Suitable for a Suitable for any fitness level, our Strength Based Training Sessions are all 45-minutes in duration, which seems to be a crowd favorite! Just enough time to effectively train your body and keep your mind focused! The GRIND method revolves around implementing creative movements into each class to keep the workouts fresh and NEVER boring!

Upper Body GRIND

This class is designed to enhance your upper body strength by combining strength and cardio movements resulting in a well rounded 45-minute session!

Lower Body GRIND

45-minutes covering all things from the waist down. Glutes, quads, hamstrings etc…..with low impact modifications being offered throughout the session!

Full Body GRIND

During this session, expect to see anything from upper+lower body strength exercises, core/ab work, & glutes/cardio! Perfect class to kick off the weekend!
